Refund Policy

At https://www.tradingskills.net , we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and personalized coaching for NQ futures trading. Due to the nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy with limited exceptions as outlined below.

1. General Policy

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Digital courses, mentorship programs, or educational materials once accessed.

• 1-on-1 coaching sessions after the first session has been scheduled.

• Any service that has been delivered, partially or in full.

2. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged more than once.

Technical Issues: If you are unable to access purchased content due to a system error on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

Service Cancellation (Before Access): If you purchased a program but have not accessed any materials or scheduled a session, a refund request must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, you must submit a written request to tardinghelp1@gmail.com  with:

• Your name and email address.

• Proof of purchase.

• The reason for your refund request.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7-14 business days if approved.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling (For 1-on-1 Coaching)

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid losing the session.

Missed Sessions: No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and legal action. We encourage you to reach out to us if you have any issues with your purchase.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
